Values and Edges are two of the most important fundamentals in improving your work.   Spend three days working on the areas that will make you grow the most as an artist. Just to start, you will learn to judge and depict accurate values using a direct painting approach. We will continue through demos and one-on-one instruction as Amanda shares some of her own study habits that have had the most profound effect on my work.  (Source)
